Commission Structure for Associates
- $500 a month desk fee and 7% of commissions to be paid to The Lafferty Group with a cap of $30,000. The cap is a combination of the desk fee and commission. Associate pays for all advertising
- 70/30 split (30% to Broker) with a cap of $30,000. Once the $30,000 cap is achieved associate goes to 100% commission. The Lafferty Group will pay for 30% of Sunday paper advertising while in the 70/30 commission plan. Once the $30,000 cap is achieved and associate is on the 100% commission plan the associate will pay for all advertising.
- 50/50 split with a cap of $30,000. Once the $30,000 cap is achieved associate goes to 100%. The Lafferty Group will pay for 50% of Sunday Paper advertising while in the 50/50 split. Once the $30,000 cap is achieved and associate is on the 100% commission plan the associate will pay for all advertising. (This plan is suggested for Realtors new to the industry)
All associates will get free retirement consulting from New York Life.
