We will help alleviate the stress and worry associated with owning a second home. We will respond to your home in an emergency, contact you with the problem and even email you photos if necessary so you can see the problem yourself.

Our Fees
$25.00/month for bi-weekly visits
$35.00/month for tri-monthly visits
$40.00/month for weekly visits

Standard Visits Include

• Check all windows and doors for security
• Check for lightning/storm damage
• Reset circuit breakers that have tripped
• Monitor a/c 
• Check for pest infestation
• Check plumbing and appliances
• Start car
• Water plants
• Send digital photos of problems, maintenance or repairs
• Set a/c or heat to requested temperature
